Rental Calendar is great to store and keep track of calendars for unlimited number of rental units, such as DVD disks, cars, bikes, boats, scooter, planes, houses, etc. The program has a handy interface to calculate and show the term of lease, professional events, helping you to make decisions quickly without having to search through endless paper notes, looking for time available for rent. The program has searching and sorting options to let users easily handle records. Date Navigator lets you view records for any particular day with a click on the day in the calendar. Flexible report generators lets one generate reports to suit one’s need and get them printed or to get them exported to other formats/applications. XML, HTML, XLS and TXT are the formats supported for export of data.

Regular backups and restores are just a mouse click away. One can even back up to a removable drive that is password protected. One can do that to move the data to another location or a different machine for added protection.

Cons: As with most database based application the effectiveness of the package depends mainly on how often and how well the data details are updated and corrected.
